Sheryl Heier is currently serving her first term on the City of Tolleson Planning and Zoning Commission, appointed for the January 2025 to January 2028 term. Recently retired, Sheryl is excited to dedicate her time and energy to serving the community she now proudly calls home.
Sheryl holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Secondary Education Certificate from the State of Arizona. Since moving to her forever home in Tolsun Farms in 2017, she has been actively engaged in community service and civic leadership.
In addition to her role on the Planning and Zoning Commission, Sheryl serves on the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Board and volunteers with Canine Companions. Her commitment to building sustainable and vibrant communities is rooted in her passion for urban development and improving quality of life through thoughtful, forward-thinking planning.
