How do I make a park reservation?: Reservations are coordinated through the Parks and Recreation Department. To check for availability call 623-474-4992. ALL reservation requests will be processed on a first-come-first-served and space-available basis. Your reservations ARE NOT guaranteed until you receive written confirmation. 1. Where can I find agendas for upcoming City Council meetings and City Council meeting minutes?: Agendas and meeting minutes for City Council meetings can be found on the City Clerk's page, click the following link to access the archive center for agendas, minutes, public notices, etc... Link

2. How do I turn on water services for residential, commercial and/or industrial use?: Homes with a Tolleson mailing address which are located south of Buckeye Road and north of McDowell are within City of Phoenix boundaries. For homes in these areas, contact the City of Phoenix Water Services Department at 602-262-6251. For addresses in the City of Tolleson, please visit City Hall to establish services. 3. Who do I call if my trash wasn’t picked up?: The City of Tolleson offers residents and/or businesses a *One Time Courtesy Pick-up* per container, per year. If your container was missed, contact the Field Operations Department at 623-936-7141.

5. Who do I call if I need access to a blocked alley way?: City of Tolleson staff can temporarily unlock the lock located on the alley bollard. If a resident would like to obtain a key for the alley bollard, they need to fill out a form at City Hall. Once the form is filled out a key will be issued. The first key is free, the second is $5, and the third is $25. Only the resident whose name appears on the water bill would be able to request a key for the alley bollard to be unlocked.

6. How do I obtain a City of Tolleson business license?: A business license is required to operate or conduct business within the City of Tolleson corporate limits. This requirement applies to intermittent and seasonal businesses, as well as year-round businesses. All contractors and sub-contractors are also required to obtain a business license. Please visit the Business Licenses page under the Doing Business in Tolleson header to view and print a business license application. Issuance of a business license by the City shall not be construed as permission to operate a business in any unauthorized manner or in conflict with local/state/federal regulations. 7. Who do I call if I have a complaint regarding City code violations?: Our Code Enforcement Department tracks and investigates complaints for code and ordinance violations that occur within the City of Tolleson.
