Community Action Program - CAP Office

Our mission is to broaden the skills, knowledge and motivation within the community by identifying opportunities in employment, education, job training and adequate living conditions. This mission compels the CAP to encourage the support of the community of Tolleson by empowering families and individuals to attain self-sufficiency with the right to live in dignity. We will take pride in serving our clients with respect and a friendly attitude and not limit ourselves to the customary approaches in meeting the needs of our clients.
