Community Action Program - CAP Office

Our mission is to broaden the skills, knowledge and motivation within the community by identifying opportunities in employment, education, job training and adequate living conditions. This mission compels the CAP to encourage the support of the community of Tolleson by empowering families and individuals to attain self-sufficiency with the right to live in dignity. We will take pride in serving our clients with respect and a friendly attitude and not limit ourselves to the customary approaches in meeting the needs of our clients.

Tolleson CAP 2023 Christmas Program Sign-up

Registration will start Oct. 9 - Nov. 6

Mon–Thur 8:00 a.m -12:00 p.m.
First come, first served basis

Call the City of Tolleson CAP Office at:  

  • (623) 936-2760

You will need the following documents to register:

  • Parent/guardian picture ID
  • Birth certificate for kids 17yrs & younger
  • Proof of Tolleson residency (ex: utility bill)
  • Proof of total household income for the past 30 days
  • (eligibility will be determined based on federal income guidelines)

Necesitará los siguientes documentos para registrarse:

  • ID de papá/mama ó guardian legal
  • Acta de nacimiento de niños de 17 años de edad o menores
  • Prueba que reside en Tolleson (ejemplo: recibo de electricidad)
  • Prueba de ingreso total de la casa de los ultimos 30 dias  
  • (eligibilidad será basada en las guías de ingresos federales)
