Phase II Begins May 24, 2021

All services will be conducted by phone, email or online Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Beginning May 24 appointments will be available. Masks will be required in all City buildings.

COVID-19 Vaccine Event FREE to the Public!

Wednesday, September 1, 2021, 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • 1st & 2nd doses of Pfizer
  • Single-dose of J&J
  • Additional dose of Pfizer*

No appointment necessary!  Walk-ins are welcomed.

Pfizer vaccine, which requires two doses, will be offered to those 12 years and older. A parent/guardian must accompany minors. First and second doses will be provided. Please bring your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card if you have already received your first dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

*Additional dose of Pfizer available to immunocompromised people 28 days after their second Pfizer dose. Pfizer is now FDA approved as of August 23rd, 2021.

Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which requires a single dose, will be offered to those 18 years and older.

It is our responsibility to prioritize the health of Tolleson’s residents, visitors, and employees, the Tolleson City Mayor, Anna Tovar has declared a state of emergency in the city of Tolleson resulting in the closures of bars and restricting restaurant dining rooms, and moving restaurants to delivery/take-out/drive-thru only.

This program provides help for grieving Maricopa County families who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and have recently lost a loved one. For more information download the English or Spanish flyer or visit

The City of Tolleson will not shut off your water for non-payment during COVID-19 pandemic. Washing your hands with soap and water is a very important component in stopping the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus disease).

If you are experiencing difficulty paying your utility bill during this time for any reason please call 623-936-7111 as soon as possible to make payment arrangements.
