1. Where can I get a Building Permit?

Customers can apply for building permits, zoning variances and business licenses at the front counters of our City Hall Complex Building, 9555 W. Van Buren, Tolleson, Arizona 85353. Questions regarding zoning, code enforcement, ordinances can also be handled at the counter. You may contact City Hall for questions at 623-936-7111 also.

2. I have let my license lapse and would like to renew it... how can I do this?

If you do not keep your license current and at the time of expiration do not send in the renewal, or you indicated cancel on your renewal, you will have to apply for a new license which will create a new license number. How to apply: Fill out the business license application form and return it via regular U.S. Mail (faxes are not accepted) or hand deliver along with the $60.00 fee in cash, check or money order to City Hall: City of Tolleson Business License Registration 9555 W.
