What do I do if I have a complaint?: The City of Tolleson Building and Zoning Code Enforcement Department handles all code and ordinance enforcement issues. All complaints are investigated and if found to be in violation, they are issued a notice to abate the situation. All complaints relating to zoning or ordinance violations can be made in person or by calling 623-936-7111.
