Medication Review Event

Bring your medications and supplements to discuss and answer any questions you may have.
Participants will meet with a PharmD student and a preceptor from the University of Arizona, R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy to:
- Review and discuss the medication.
- Identify medical errors.
- Assist in taking medications correctly and drug interactions.
- Answer any questions you may have.
Medications include prescriptions, over the counter, herbals, supplements, and eye drops.
Participants are encouraged to bring all their medications and supplements to their scheduled appointments.
