[ARCHIVED] No Cost Child Immunizations

School immunizations will be available at the Tolleson Civic Center on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

 All with or without insurance are welcome!  

There will be no out of pocket cost but be sure to bring your child’s vaccine record and insurance card if you have it. For more information, please call 602-506-6767.
