We are excited to announce that we will be having on site physicals for the upcoming school year presented by Valle del Sol during our Back to School Backpack Giveaway! Physicals will be administered on July 21 from 4PM - 8PM & July 22 from 4PM - 6PM. There will only be 20 time slots on Thursday and 12 time slots for Friday. Children must be between the grade levels of Kindergarten through 12th grade in order to participate.

Once registered, you will come to your appointment time and fill out the required paperwork. Helping Families in Need will be present to offer support with the paperwork process.
