COVID-19 Vaccines  at the Tolleson Civic Center

The Tolleson Fire Department, University of Arizona College of Public Health,  Maricopa County Public Health, and Revive Community Health will be hosting vaccine clinics at the Tolleson Civic Center every second Wednesday of the month.

Vaccine Event at the Civic Center, 9055 W. Van Buren St., on Tuesday, March 28 from 2:00PM – 5:30PM
We will be providing vaccines to 19 yrs. and up. Vaccinations offered include: 

• COVID-19 vaccine Moderna and Pfizer (Bivalent)
• Flu (6 months +)
• Hepatitis A & B
• HPV (11 to 45 yrs. old)
• Tdap (tetanus)
• MMR
• Varicella
• *Shingles (50 +)
• *Pneumococcal (65 +)
• *(Limited supply)
