FREE Medication Review Event

Participants will sit down with a PharmD student and a preceptor from the University of Arizona  R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy; where they will:

• Review and discuss the medications.
• Identify medication errors.
• Assist in taking medications correctly and drug interactions.
• Answer questions you may have.

Participants are encouraged to bring all their medications and supplements to the scheduled appointments.
