COVID-19 Vaccines and Wellness Screenings at the Tolleson Civic Center

The Tolleson Fire Department, University of Arizona College of Public Health,  Maricopa County Public Health, and Revive Community Health will be hosting vaccine clinics at the Tolleson Civic Center every second Wednesday of the month.

The event will be held at the Tolleson Civic Center, 9055 W. Van Buren St. - See map

Schedule:

• Wednesday, January 11th, 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Vaccines we will be offering:

• Pfizer Bivalent 6 months and up
• Pfizer 6 months and up
• Moderna Bivalent 18 years and up
• Janssen 18 years and up
• Novavax 18 years and up
• *New Jynneos (MonkeyPox vaccine) 18 years and up

The University of Arizona will be offering health screening for ages 18 and older.

Revive Community Health will be offering Flu shots for all ages.
