COVID-19 Vaccines and Wellness Screenings at the Tolleson Fire Department

The Tolleson Fire Department, University of Arizona College of Public Health,  Maricopa County Public Health, and Revive Community Health will be hosting vaccine clinics in December 2022.

The event will be held at the Tolleson Fire Department, 203 N 92nd Ave - See map

Schedule:

• Wednesday, December 7th, 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - COVID-19 Vaccines, Wellness Screenings, and Flu Vaccines

Vaccines we will be offering:

•  Pfizer Bivalent
• Pfizer 6 months and up
• Moderna Bivalent 18 years and up
• Janssen 18 years and up
• Novavax 18 years and up

The University of Arizona will be offering health screening for ages 18 and older.

Revive Community Health will be offering Flu shots for all ages.

Walk-ins are welcomed but appointments are encouraged to help plan the amount of staff needed. To schedule an appointment please call 602-506-6767.
