COVID-19 Vaccines/Boosters Only at the Tolleson Fire Department

The Tolleson Fire Department and Maricopa County Public Health will be hosting COVID-19 Vaccination/Boosters at the Tolleson Fire Department, 203 N 92nd Ave.

Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson Vaccines will be available for ages 6 months and older as allowed under CDC guidelines.

Walk-ins are welcomed but appointments are encouraged to help plan the amount of staff needed. To schedule an appointment please call 602-506-6767. Hablamos Español.
