Tolleson City Court

Tolleson City Court is a limited jurisdiction court. It is part of the Arizona State Court System and is subject to the authority of the Arizona Supreme Court.

The court Hears & Decides On: 

  • Criminal and civil traffic violations.
    • Click here for civil traffic options: Bond Card.
  • Criminal misdemeanor cases with a maximum penalty of six months in jail and/or a $2,500 fine.
  • Juvenile matters consisting of minor consumption of alcohol, curfew and truancy Traffic.
  • City ordinance violations.

If you or someone that you have been exposed to have a COVID-19 diagnosis or any COVID-19 related symptoms, please do not enter the Tolleson Court building. Please call the court at 623-474-4975 for assistance. 

Effective, June 1, 2020, any Court participants entering the courtroom will be required to wear a your own or a court-provided face mask, face covering, or face shields when having in-person contact with court personnel. 

These restrictions have been placed for your safety and for the safety of our staff, following the recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).

A partir del 1 de junio de 2020, cualquier participante de la Corte que ingrese a la sala del tribunal deberá usar una máscara facial, una máscara o protectores faciales propios o proporcionados por la corte cuando tenga contacto en persona con el personal de la corte.
